Payments

Since January 1, 2007, most insurances in New York State are required to offer a minimum of twenty mental health visits per calendar year with a copay that is the same as any other specialist. In many cases this is between $10.00 and $20.00. This is because of Timothy’s Law. There are exceptions, though, so check with your company.

I accept cash, checks, and all four major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

All copayments or fees made to me are eligible for reimbursement through your Flexible Spending Account. I am happy to provide receipts to you for this purpose.

This is a partial list of the insurances that I take. If you don’t see yours, call me anyway, because I can check with your insurance company. I am usually able to bill them. If you don’t have insurance we can discuss payment arrangements.
